What a Wednesday morning!

There was a power trip yesterday afternoon.. this really caused lots of problems to me and my colleagues... When i opened my microsoft outlook, there are few emails from users saying their workstations/pc cannot boot up.... some even have the process/job running half way and lost the edits... so, need to solve 1 by 1.... ok, start making phone call to them 1 by 1... the first user said she can't live without the workstation... so, i went down and re-start the workstation... it works!! goodness!! she don't even know how to press the reset button!!! but she said she tried to do it twice but still cannot bring up the system... what can i say? the system needs the magic touch from me ??

ok.. the other user said her job was corrupted due to the power trip... l tried to trouble shoot and found that it was USER's problem!!! she actually forgot to run a script before proceed to next step.... again, i m speechless!! oh yah... she is an engineer!!

next, my black listed user came to me and asked me something... the question was "In this version of XX script, do we have this and that?" ... my replied was "I thot i already emailed u all the changes last week? please don't expect me to remember everything!" ... am i a online directory or what? again.... she is an engineer!!

after entertaining 3 users, i've decided to go back to my own desk coz i don't think i can handle so many "un-reasonable" users in one morning... i'll vomit blood and die!!!

i shall cool down and smile with them...
