be more considerate

I really pity my colleague, he is on leave today and yet our supervisor called him up and scolded him (maybe I should say talked to him in no expression tone). Actually it’s just a small matter and it’s not urgent at all. Why can't wait till tomorrow? I really don’t understand.

Sometimes I just wonder why there r such an un-considerate creature in this world. Everybody hopes to have a peaceful and wonderful time when not working but somehow someone just likes to spoil the day. I know how my colleague felt coz I experienced the same thing before.

I wonder how she feels if we do the same thing to her while she is on vacation.
